“The person I was talking to was named Julian, he was very friendly but also very professional. He described the whole package and other products that were available. No pressure was put on selling the products and to be honest I took the full package because it was cheaper than what I have been paying, very pleased. “I have called and spoken to more than three of your sales team to change a current policy to my new home. I can not rate the staff, the service and the price enough. “I have insured my holiday home in Spain through Intasure for several years. The documentation is thorough and detailed. Any changes are easy to make and the policies do give good value for money compared to any Spanish companies. I requested a callback to change my home address and cover requirements at renewal. The agent who phoned me back was very pleasant and friendly, sorted out the changes and put my new policy in place. Lovely young man, credit to the company. Thank you.”
