“Intersure have been very good over the past 5 years, they have never increased the cost greatly ,which could not be said of most insurance companies. Always very helpful on the telephone, staff are always very professional.”

“A very clear, calm and helpful phone conversation when I called. There was no pressure from anything resembling a sales pitch. I shall certainly ask for a quotation when the insurance on our principal dwelling comes up for renewal. The response time was very short in terms of working hours but my initial enquiry was made outside office hours so to say 'under an hour' could be misleading!”

“Good cover at reasonable price. Customer service were excellent and very patient as , due to extremely busy workload , I did not have time to read through the policy details before committing. They were , and did , ring me back 4 times at MY request and did so with no fuss but in a very pleasant manner. I also needed help with certain aspects of my mobile home and they were very helpful in guiding me in the direction of the actual cover I needed. I would recommend them. Very pleased”

“At the first time of applying I was told insurance cover was not available because builders had not quite finished the construction all be it external ground works and you would contact me in three weeks time. Your Man (Nick) did just that and cover was arranged there and then. Thank you for your prompt and professional service. Greg Barlow”

“Good evening Intasure, I have been doing business with you since 2013 and it's come to that time of year again when renewing your insurance is unavoidable. If you have not done your homework before then, you tend to go with who you was with previously. Anyway I'm not saying Intasure gave me the best deal out there but there is a young man within this company that showed honesty, understanding and a world of patience. Because of these wonderful traits this young man posses a deal was made. Doing business this way is not always going to be financially beneficial but it was refreshing speaking to someone with good working ethics. This renewal was made solely because of this individual. Well done to this person and keep up the good work he is most definitely an asset for Intasure.”
