Very professional approach. Clear and simple explanations. No “hard sell”! The quotation came through quickly and the figure was reasonable. The 3 customer service people I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. The policy schedule also came in French which was useful.

This is our tenth year with Intasure, mainly because nobody else will insure a holiday home in Germany. Nevertheless with some negotiation they have remained the same price for the last three years. Julie the customer support person was excellent.

My Lodge Insurance was due for renewal so I thought I'd take a look on the internet to see who could accommodate me. I came across Intasure and put all my details on their site and received an instant quote which I was more than happy with. Ten minutes later a representative called me to discuss and firm up which I did. I then mentioned I needed Home and Contents Insurance and again they quoted me and I accepted that as well. All in all a very simple process from start to finish.

They are about the ONLY company that will insure a holiday home. We have used them for years, and whilst the basic premium is reasonable, the ever increasing "Administration charges" are both increasing and excessive. However, if you challenge this, there can be a reduction sometimes. I have given 5 stars on this occasion to reflect the SUPERB service that I received from Siobhan whilst negotiating a reduction when paying my annual renewal. She was an absolute ambassador for the company, and I hope that this might get fed back to her line manager. Overall though I rate Intasure as only 3 stars for value though as I think they take advantage of their monopoly of this niche market and charge accordingly.

From my initial enquiry, through to a smooth conclusion of contract, the Intasure staff were informative: to the point and helpful. This, not sleek sales patter gives me confidence as a buyer. I am happy in the opinion that I have bought a good product, as a result of good advice and information. Just one note of caution for the industry in the UK. Although Intasure do their best to mimise the burden and to follow the rules on warnings and gdrp, all that guff from compliance gets in the way of sales. Normal Joes in the street do not need to be told, will not listen anyway (look at the attention airline staff get with safety explanations) so you are wasting our time. The public security stuff is fine: it should be the default position and we should have access to it if we want, not have it rammed down our throats. It should not be a barrier to business. If UKPLC does not get this fixed, then others will offer the same service without the time wasting guff. I was waiting to board when I made this purchase by phone and I did not need tohe poor salesman being bound to read me texts, the gist and thrust of which I knew, before we could conclude the sale. Compliance regulators think the public are all infants. Having shot yourselves in one foot over Brexit, you are now firing on the other with compliance. Compliance is cancer.

Companies can spend millions on advertising their product or service, but ultimately whether a customer buys or not is down to the people they deal with. Julian at Intasure is a credit to his company - not only did he call me back when requested to but he listened carefully to what I thought I wanted and then talked me through the process to provide the level of cover I actually needed. Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who has a property abroad.

Spoke to three customer advisors at different times and all were superb offered the exact cover I was after and explained all aspects of policy clearly and concisely. Highly recommended..

I sent an email mail for a quote and received a phone call within minutes. Your assistant was very good. He went through everything very well. He managed to get me a lower quote than I had from the existing provider. He was very friendly and made the long call worth while.
