“I was impressed by the amount of detail the agents asked. In the end although not the cheapest quote we received it was thorough and I believe if we made a claim everything is covered. The online service for viewing policies is excellent. Every individual I spoke to was polite and extremely helpful”

“Very friendly and helpful staff . Go through your policy with you check you have covered all your needs .They also explain anything you don't understand or are not sure about . This is my second year with intasure . They came recommenced to me by friends who also have policies with them.”

“I seem to have been dealing with a lot of organisations including insurance companies on line lately and it was a refreshing change to come across Intasure. everyone I spoke took on board immediately what I wanted - no getting it wrong half the time. They were able to see from their notes what had gone on before, instead of starting at the beginning each time. They all did what they said - ringing back etc - and were very courteous. They found me a policy which met my needs - and the wording of the policy is a model of clarity. I would mention particularly Adrienne, but the other people I spoke to were just as good - only I can't remember their names.”

“Reference Number : ISHH8831661. Last Thursday 30th July I spoke to your advisor "Emily" to renew my policy for "Emily's Cottage" in Sherburn, North Yorkshire. As my details & debit card were in another part of the house, she very kindly rang me back some minutes later. Emily was very easy to understand and clear when repeating the terms and conditions of the Policy details. The procedure was uncomplicated and only took several minutes to complete. I have been with Intasure now for several years & am very pleased with your service. The printed details were received by email about 1 hour later and I wish to thank your company for the very positive & reassuring way in which my renewal was carried out.
