“You didn't at first since I thought the number and content of recent eMails relating to insurance renewal was excessive and confusing, and I say that as a fairly intelligent retired professional engineer. Telecon with one of your agents did however redeem situation and I have no complaints on that score.”

“contacted in good time to renew policy - paid by car over phone. HAVE NOT received any confirmation of payment OR a schedule of my insurance policy so only piece of paper I have to show that I have the insurance is the renewal quotation (which wont be acceptable to potential clients who want to see that i am covered)”

“I had to phone UK and the phone was answered quickly. They went through some security questions (too many I feel) but okay. Then you are bombarded with information about your policy and conditions. Quite frankly, I lost the will to live. All I wanted to do was re-new. The lady who answered was very helpful and polite and obviously had all the questions in her repertoire. Please look to make it simpler. Thanks”

“The staff I spoke to were all very helpful and agreeable and pleasant, and the information they gave clear and understandable. However, I was somewhat put out when in the end, the figure for my insurance turned out to be considerably higher than what I was originally quoted, and no-one could find a record of the original quote! By this time I had invested so much time and energy in the process that I went with the higher figure, but it did mean that I was left slightly deflated by what had overall been a good experience.”
