“What a delight to be guided by Julian through the complex insurance process. Never once did he try and persuade me to take out the insurance for my holiday home but gave me the facts that allowed me to make a decision. Answered all my queries and although the quote with Intasure was not the cheapest I used Intasure as I am confident in the product thanks to Julian talking me through the process and made sure I understood. He also phoned me back when he said he would. A value to your organisation.”

“Shamil was very knowledgeable and was very patient and explained in easy to understand terms each thing that I questioned. He was also true to his word if he said he would do something, then he did it immediately. The cover and the premium were also very reasonable compared to my last insurer.”

“Took out a buildings/contents policy on our Portuguese property. Initial dealings were very responsive from informed & knowledgeable call-centre personnel. Telephone call backs & emails were received when promised and the premium was competitive. Access to all policy documentation is made easy via the secure customer portal. As always, the real test with all insurers is when a claim is made but if they deal with claims as professionally as taking on new business, I am not expecting to be disappointed!”
