Hopefully I will never need to find out how efficient they are in dealing with a claim, but the renewal process was dealt with by a very friendly and helpful advisor.

how do you justify charging existing customers more than new customers for the same property?

Well, from Kay & Trev, not happy about the admin fee or the processing charge, it always appears that Insurance Companies wish to extort whatever they can from the policyholder. We have numerous policies, non of which charge a admin cost or renewal premium, why we pay you by direct debit and then you invoke a fee!! Everyone does get frustrated that how much more do you guys want, probably would have saved us £5.96 had we have paid by cash at your office, no doubt your Company would have charged kay and myself for the pleasure of doing business with you anyway. We do understand that no matter of our comments, INTA will claim, well, we have to charge customers for the services we provide, providing premiums, advice, printing & posting, administration, customer service, renewal, and, of course these charges are only reasonable. Erm Yea, really, not to us, do you know even if we complained about the charges it would involve the Ombudsman and go on for years! Perhaps the comments INTA did not wish to hear, hey guys!, at the end of the day it is not a contest, we just feel that the TPC and the Admin Fee is over the top, really, you are looking at well over 15% of the annual premium. The IPT is not an issue, we accept that. INTA invited comments, yes, the Insurance Cover is fine, additional charges, well not happy. Thankyou for the opportunity to respond to your feedback. Whilst I have not made any claims, the renewal service has been so easy. As my card was out of date I spoke recently to a very helpful service person. I hope If I have to make a claim it is as easy!

Renewal phone call very good. Only complaint that as a loyal customer with no claims during the life of the policy we have to always negotiate a better deal

We have several properties, all of which are now insured through Intasure. They are always up-to-date with reminders, and the staff are knowledgable and polite. They are so easy to deal with, and having all of the properties with one provider just makes life so much easier.

Previous policy was set up incorrectly making renewal very difficult. The Intasure representative kept me on the phone for about 30mins going through chapter & verse ...soul destroying stuff !

Initial contact and quote was with Simon who was most courteous and helpful. The policy was arranged the following day with Toby who was equally helpful despite ongoing problems with his PC. The time spent with your with Intasure the team restored my confidence in the call centre experience and it has been a pleasure to do business with your Company.
