“I renewed my policy over the phone as I had some queries regarding the renewal letter I had been sent. I was looking at other providers but my case was handled extremely well by phone and I renewed there and then.”

“I have recently took out a policy with Intasure and can honestly say I have nothing negative to say. The people I spoke to were professional, pleasant, polite and most importantly they weren't pushy. It was simple and quick to do business with them, whilst still managing to be informative”

“Very pleased with the way I was given my quote for static caravan insurance, good price. Very easy to take out the policy when I decided and all paperwork emailed very quickly. I hope should I have to make a claim that things are handled as quickly, although I hope not to have to find out!”

“Their service is always speedy and helpful. We had a few queries on our recent renewal which were dealt with sympathetically, professionally and despite living abroad everything was resolved over the phone. Their staff always appear to have time to deal with customers showing care and understanding.”
