“The service I received on the phone was most definately a 5. However the service before that was only a a 2 I tried calling the day I received the notification of the renewal and held on for more that 20 minutes then hung up. The next day I hung on even longer and hung up. The final day I got through I didnt mention the problems I had but had I not got through I would have possibly started calling other companies for a quote. The service once answered, well made up for it.”
