“Your team always contacts me to remind me when my holiday home insurance is due which helps when my lifestyle is hectic. They are fast, efficient and always respond to questions promptly and in a friendly manner. Intasure keep me up-to-date on any changes to laws regarding home insurance abroad which I may not be aware of otherwise. Thank you Intasure”

“My experience with Intasure from the initial call-back to receiving the policy via email 15 minutes later was exceptional in every way. Not only did I receive the call-back at exactly the time I requested, but I was greeted by a very pleasant, polite and courteous lady who gathered all of the information required and made me feel as if I was the most important customer of the day. Such a refreshing and welcome experience. Kudos Intasure! (oh, and give that lady a raise) :-)”

“I moved from an insurance company that changed to a call-centre overseas. It became increasingly difficult to get through, and I never spoke to the same person twice. With Intasure, I can get through straight away - and they find my details quickly. Also, when I changed my e-mail address recently, I was contacted literally within seconds after sending out a blanket mail to everyone in my address book by Intasure to confirm that it was a genuine message. Yes, I was impressed by that one. There is a nice high-street feel to how you do things. Sidney Chilton.”
