“The young lady dealing with my renewal had a sense of humour and was charming. A good plus point especially after having to listen to all that FCA rubbish befor being connected to anybody. Not much you can do about it but the FCA has made life so time consuming and difficult.”

“The staff member collected my details quickly and efficiently. It was too late in the day to get a quote immediately, but an attempt was made to contact me by phone well within 24 hours. I couldn't take the call so an email was sent to me soon after. Two quotes were offered, one with an acceptable condition that just had to be confirmed, and the resulting premium was by far the best of the three brokers I contacted.”
