“Someone called to discuss and ensure I continued to be covered. On two occasions I asked if I could be called back as I was busy, on one occasion preparing for a party and second occasion was on my way out. Information was clear and straight forward and insurance easily renewed”

“I was very impressed with the kind and efficient manner in which I was dealt with, on the phone. I am still unsure though, as to the necessity of logging on to my account and indeed after two or three attempts and new pass words being issued, I remain unable to log on - I suspect that this may be because of my lack of IT skills .In any eventuality I shall assume it does not really matter and if I need further assistance I shall phone your excellent office.”

“You listened to my concerns and tried to explain company policy. I still however don’t understand why, when one has had no claims, the yearly premium still rises. We both know that I can get cheaper similar cover elsewhere but insurance companies continue to give preferential treatment to new clients at, Seemingly, the expense of long term customers G e Bennett”

“I had a break-in at my house in France. Besides the stolen items damage was also caused to the roof and ceiling. Intasure covered all aspects of the claim without to much fuss.”
