“I booked a call back via the online system and the phone call was received on time. The underwriter, Sarah was polite, efficient and handled my questions very professionally. I was able to arrange cover immediately and all the documentation arrived promptly by e-mail. In summary, quite a painless experience and good to know that well established reputable Insurers underwrite the Scheme.”

“My good pal Carolyn Folland recommended me to give you a try. I spoke to Julian yesterday- he was clear and straiughtforward about everything and nursed me through the whole thing quickly qnd efficiently. It was sorted out and I am reassured and happy abourtthe whiole thing> The only difficulty was trying to go online later to register- the system would NOT accept the temporary password and kept sending new ones every minute. In the end I have given up till I have more time and more patience.”

“Lady advisor was very polite, well informed and kept my business by sourcing a better deal. I also liked the fact that instasure phoned me several times to remind me my policy was about to expire. I tend to forget about email and txt as I don’t check every day. Great service”

“Insurance for most of us is a boring necessity, so we need to make it simple and need help. Your staff, in my experience , have been human, informative , and efficient, hence repeat business. You are also responsive to queries. I have no claims experience, and would hope I never have, but if that ever arose, I trust the service would be as good.”
