“There seemed to be a lot of confusion over the details of a previous claim, and very slow communication with underwriters. Also unable to process payment via Premium Credit online, so had to wait for the paper version to arrive. Altogether a frustrating experience, but hopefully won't need the policy for very long. Just until the house is sold”
