“Carol (I think was her name) was excellent and despite having to read all the regulatory burb FCA rubbish.......stating your regulated by FCA should be sufficient - save call length and all our time. Can't fault the none regulatory stuff and good job and experience despite the "c rap" you have to make us all have to listen to to satisfy the effin CA”

“I received notice of renewal in plenty of time, followed by a reminder which came by phone and email. When I called to renew I was treated with courtesy and good humour, and the transaction was completed efficiently. The person I spoke to had the right balance of friendliness and efficiency.”

“Prompt reply, instant quotation, great follow up. Quotation was the best and also included earthquake cover which other firms exclude or charge an additional premium for. Representative was efficient and very thorough, ensuring that I understood the cover and exclusions and had a lovely manner. I wholeheartedly recommend intasure for your insurance needs.”
