“I asked for an alternative quote to my renewal premium from CETA and received a prompt reply offering a much better offer. Chrissie 'phoned frequently but always polite so I was pleased nearer my renewal date to take up the offer which Chrissie took and completed for me.”

“Excellent renewal process on the phone when I called . Friendly, helpful and efficient member of staff that I spoke to . I don't recall seeing any prior notification that I needed to renew so that wasn't so good. Also when I asked about travel insurance and was put through I was left on hold and gave up waiting for someone to take my call.”
