“I was taken care of by Julian who had to call me back several times due to me being so busy on the day I needed my insurance. He was thourough going through the questions and we got there in the end. I would like to recommend Intasure and use them for three of my holiday properties at home and abroad. The documents are clear and precise and were sent through to almost immediately. I hope not to have to make any claim at all in the future but would hope that Intasure are just as helpful if it ever came to it. Julian was very patient and thorough and I felt very looked after throughout the process of setting up my insurance. Thank you Julian.”

“Speaking to the young lady on the phone, she advised that the policy I had enquired about was not suitable for my needs. She then was very knowledgeable in advising me of the correct product. I was impressed with her knowledge and pleasant, helpful manner.”

“I initially was given incorrect information by the first person I contacted at Intasure. Once recognised, the staff took the initiative to call me back, explain the mistake and go on offer me a competent, friendly and impressive service. It was a pleasure to accept the quote given and note the unusual nature of the service for me - a rare example of thoroughness, persistence and charm. The quote offered was more than competetive and the follow up with documentation was confirmation of the quality of the service.”
