“The telephone assistant was very helpful, explaining clearly, carefully and not condescendingly when I had a query. She was patient and gave me all the time I needed to understand. I didn't feel rushed. We completed the regular business and then she put me on to a sales assistant to conduct some new business at my request. She was not pushy.”

“We have insurance for a holiday home through Intasure. Very simple product at a very competitive price. When dealing with Intasure they give the impression of a small-firm, personal service - not a big impersonal corporate like the main insurers. We've never had to make a claim but hopefully they'd be equally friendly and efficient if we did.”
