“A brief conversation to the point, the person understood my request - that I wanted to reduce the quotation by dropping unnecessary shop contents cover - there was no argument or attempt to make me review my request, then a short wait for quotation which saved me £50 from a £200 quote, and so we went ahead. No fuss. Friendly. Excellent.”

“Still cheaper premiums after 6 or 7 years with them than our previous holiday home insurer. Renewal was very easy with a most pleasant, friendly operative who very efficiently dealt with the few changes and most importantly did not pressurise me to buy other insurance or add-ons.”

“I was very happy with my experience Marina was so helpful .Since we bought the Apt 12 years ago the Attorney looked after the insurance. She must have retired as I wasn't able to contact her this year. It was a new experience for me to have to arrange the insurance but Marina made it so easy for me . Thanks a milliom”
