I renewed my policy on the telephone and it was done quickly and efficiently. I wish to discuss another property I wish to insure in France but I realized that the phone call was going to cost so I think you should have a free or cheap telephone line for such calls. Because it put me off and therefore it must do it to others.

Clear paperwork. Clear breakdown of all relevant costs. I had to speak to customer service (Rebecca), who dealt with my inquiry very well. No issues.

I spoke to a lady called Marina and even though it wasn't the cheapest quote this lady made me feel very assured. All my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Nothing seemed a problem for her. In this case Marina obtained the policy because of politeness, efficiency but most importantly her very assured manner. Marina is a credit to your company.

? good service, a bit disapointeded no customer loyalty discount , untill I asked, if u wont to keep loyal customers , add the discount on quote??

We were advised well in advance of the insurance renewal, which is very important as this can be overlooked. (1) Why is rebuilding costs based on £1 million pounds, it will cost only a fraction of this to rebuild in the event of total destruction! Why not offer a sliding scale of rebuilding costs thereby reducing the renewal premium. (2) Why have we been charged a transaction processing charge of £10.55p Perhaps time to consider changing to another insurer. I await your reply with interest.
