“Do not know how well this company responds to any claim - and hope I don't ever have to find out - but certainly everyone I have dealt with regarding initial quotation and then finalising my house insurance has been efficient and personable. Felt like I was dealing with real people, and they were not pushy. Very satisfied with the insurance package too.”

“When i was looking for house insurance for my chalet in France it proved harder than I could ever imagine. Not only does the system differ greatly between France and UK about what is included with such cover it makes it much easier when reading the small print to have the info in English! Intasure came to the rescue and didn't make a drama out of my crisis but steered a very professional and informed course through the process and could offer me the cover I wanted when others seemed to complicate it further still by not covering properties in mountainous regions despite promoting themselves as covering everything in Europe from tents to palaces!!! Yes i will certainly recommend them.”

“Although the phone adviser was a great help and explained everything I found trying to log in to the members portal very difficult as it kept refusing t accept the numerous temporary passwords I was sent I finally had to speak to a adviser to sort it out.”

“Have been with Intasure for around 9 years now for insurance on our Villa in Greece. Always helpful friendly people who listen carefully and talk sense. Good policy with excellent cover for all our needs except for exclusions on swimming pool pumps and equipment!!”

“Very reasonable prices high cover and £100 cheaper than my previous quote. Am very happy everything explained well over the phone. They make a point of reading the terms and contains of cover over the phone. So you re aware of what you are purchasing. Create customer service than you guys xx”
