“During the year I have had changes in my business and required changes to my insurance policy. The response to my requests were swift and completed in a timely manner and my needs were met. At time for renewal I had good advanced warning with clear information. When I rang to complete the transaction and pay over the phone I was dealt with politely professionally and swiftly so I did not waste time on the phone. All in all a pleasant experience.”

“Overall a good product and value. Like the personal contact to remind me to renew near renewal date. Generally don't mind all the legal chat they goes with the call but watch the amount of up selling you do with sister companies, it was a bit excessive.”

“When the young lady rang to see if we were going ahead I did ask her to ring back later as we were driving to the hospital, she didn't and as it turned out lapsed our policy without further info untill I sent another email in response the next day and a very nice young lady rang me who went thru a couple of my queries successfully and we continued our insurance policy with you, although am not sure why a further £4.50 was added to this because we chose to pay this annually this was not explained!”

“Intasure didn't 'make me happy' I don't like the way you've phrased that! The man I spoke to on the phone, however, was clearly very good at his job, he had excellent interpersonal skills and despite the pressure of your work he remained super polite and friendly. It was his friendly manner when I was feeling a little overwhelmed that was reassuring and I hope he gets commission because he deserves it. His name is Eric!”
