“I am a migrated UK client from Avatrade.The whole process of the mass migration from Avatrade has been handled very badly and resulted in considerable losses for me. Avatrade gave no choice about the forced migration, and no information whatsoever. And without any warning at all, they closed all of my positions just before the migration. The migration of my account had serious issues, and by the time I was able to get these resolved, the market had moved against me. Avatrade told me that Intertrader would provide compensation.Thomas from Intertrader promised that the positions would be reopened at the prices they were closed, And I believe that he put this request through to the dealers. But they have failed to do this, despite repeated chase ups. This was a botched migration. No doubt Intertrader jumped at an opportunity to expand its UK clientbase cheaply, but did not have the infrastructure to manage the migration, and cannot be trusted to put matters right.”
