“Couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from the minute I walked into the store. I received really helpful advice from both girls in the the Stockbridge store, Edinburgh. Nipped back and they adjusted the legs for me. Love my glasses and they have been well admired and also don’t break the bank cost wise 😁”

“The service from all the staff was amazing from the minute I walked in the door, really friendly and informative. It was a shame the wrong prescription was put in my glasses which caused me to take time out of work to fix it, however mistakes can be made and would still buy from because of the good quality.”

“I purchased the Bailie (Pink Tortoise) online. I had tried them on in store and asked the sales representative to send my measurements/details via email. She was super helpful! Finally decided on this model and made the order online. Very smooth process with no glitches. Received my order within 2 weeks and am super happy with the product!”
