I’d like to share my concern about how my case was handled. The team was polite but not very quick to respond. This caused some stress and confusion while I waited. I hope this feedback helps improve things. I’m thankful that RESORUS helped bring it to a good end.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the way my issue was handled. What should have been a quick and professional experience turned stressful because of poor communication and repeated delays. Rather than resolving the problem, the inaction from your team only led to more confusion and frustration. This has left me questioning the efficiency of your customer service. I had an issue where my account wouldn’t load transactions for days. The original support couldn’t fix it. Resorus eventually handled it and made it work again.

Login issues dragged on longer than I expected, and I couldn’t reach my account. It made me anxious. Resorus restored access in the end.
