“ It only took 9 days for my parcel to get from Essex to Vina Del Mar in Chile. The parcel arrived safely. The only issue for me is the tracking service is very poor. This is because they pass it on to DHL so once in DHL use their tracker and ask for the code and you can see exactly what is happening. Apart from that no problems and very good for the price paid. ”

The only gripe is that there was a delay in receiving the item because Saturday delivery has to be selected as a dedicated option, no service on Sundays and the Monday was a bank holiday, maybe make Saturday an inclusive delivery day ”
