“Very prompt service. Answers emails quickly. Love the products. Bought a jumper as I admired a friend's. Lived it so much I have bought another. Never take them off! Warm, comfortable, not at all itchy (and I am very sensitive to wool). Another friend immediately coveted my jumper....”

“Great jumper that fits, I'm 6' 3" and 16st so when buying online clothes don't always live up to the size as shown. However, the size guide is accurate so perfect for tall men, order with confidence. The jumper is great quality and as good as my mum used to knit, so high praise. Love the colour and can say I've worn it lots since it arrived, great product.”

“Hi, I don't enjoy being critical, but there were a couple of things I really wasn't pleased with. First of all, the package reeked of cigarette smoke. Then the mugs I had ordered as a gift were TINY! I realize it may have given ounce capacity in the description, but I didn't check that - I wrongly assumed they were going to be regular sized mugs, since there was no description using the words "miniature" or "shot" or "kid-sized". =(”

“I enjoyed your honesty about postage and the benefits in sending in two parcels. I am yet to take the blankets out of the bubble wrap as they are gifts, so am looking forward to feeling and seeing! I enjoyed the Rugby game but would have preferred to have won it...really enjoyed the fact that Ireland beat the All Blacks! :)”

“The Grand Dad shirt I ordered was exactly how it appeared in the website picture. The stitching is well done and clean. The fabric is very soft and comfortable and the shirt looks quite smart with a contrasting dark charcoal colored waistcoat. I will be a return customer from the states”

“Very quick dispatch and delivery. Nice choice of colours and styles. Well made garment. However, sizing a little unreliable - my sweater is an excellent fit on shoulders and arms but, being a still slim 67 year old, it's baggy round the tummy. Clearly designed for stouter chaps. A slim-fit version would have me buying another....”
