“Ordered a dress which looked gorgeous in the picture. When it arrived, it was horrendous. Fabric was cheap and scratchy, like the fabric used for kids dressing up costumes! Plus the inner lining hung down in a clump at the back so looked awful.
Tried to get a refund but was told they would only accept by tracked mail to China. This would have cost around £50 to get a £30 refund which is clearly why they do it!
Do not buy from this company!”

The returns service is punitive. Do not be fooled by the "IV Rose" UK address. the stuff comes (very slowly) from and HAS TO BE RETURNED TO SHANGHAI. The company insists on tracked parcels to offer a refund.!! (we haven't had one yet) We just spent £52 to send stuff back today!!
You would need to be VERY sure that you will keep the items. We shall NEVER use this company again...”

“Shockingly bad service. Unfair returns system. I find it insulting that I paid money in hope of a receiving a lovely product and now due to the poor quality of the product I have to pay for the return. Postage and packaging is pricey and if you deduct that price from what I initially paid this means I am not actually getting a full refund back. Most reputable clothing websites I order from enclose a pre-paid sticker for any returns that may be needed. This means a no fuss and simple process. Added gestures like this make a customer want to return to a website.”

“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM IVROSE! Ordered 2 dresses over a month ago they took my money and didnt deliver them. I sent an email asking where my parcel was and they said it takes 7-12 days to deliver. Ok i waited a whole month. Nothing! I sent another email asking for a full refund as I didnt want to wait any longer they said they were really sorry and that the parcel was returned to them and they would resend it to me but they are out of stock. WTF? They was restocking it but it would take a 3-5 working days and if I wanted to wait. Lol! Scamers! I requested a full refund but I doubt I would get my money back. Do not ever order anything from them!!!!”

None of the clothes fit, I purchased size medium for all my orders, the bikinis wouldn't cover a 12 year old girl never mind a size 10/12 woman.
I am also still missing a dress. I ordered 6 things, 5 arrived in 4 packages. The company is a complete shambles!!!! I would send the things back but conveniently the packages come with no returns labels or receipts with the purchases! I have no choice other than to write this off as a terrible experience and warn anyone I can to stay away from this thieving, lying, corrupt company!”

“The clothing I ordered arrived looking different to the pictures on the website, the quality was terrible and the sizes were nothing like the sizes they were supposed to be, I emailed the customer service team ' probably 1 person on their phone.' and was informed I'd have to pay to return them and the cost would be more than the items were worth, I since found a. Couple of other unsatisfied customers with similar complaints, I will make sure no friends use this website”
