totally disappointed, normally the products should be returns from customers, but especially in the last order, the products were very used (probably several years) so they cannot be called returns, rather scraps!

Bought a kettle from job lots (Curry’s Customer Returns item). Kettle came with lots of lime scale inside and around the mouth. It looks like was used and abused for a long time. It was an item taken out from the bin!! Unbelievable!! Stop selling rubbish in the name of auction!!

It’s been years with no reserve price and their justification for their recent greed is buying costs and overhead the reality is you lot get free Amazon returns from Scottish warehouse if you were losing money you wouldn’t have opened a second warehouse just a false justification for greed thinking your buyers are dumb.

The answer is "we can't help because it's customer returns".

Some products that are on sale should be binned and not sold .its a gamble when you buy as somtime not the same as photo .or in a disgusting state when it's a returns .you don't get the tax and shipping cost when you get a refund

Not great.
I know the adverts are sold as customer returns but I didn’t realise they would be well used customer returns. I brought a sheepskin covered hot water bottle in a gift box and it arrived full of water. And a hose lock hosepipe that is mouldy and also full of water.
Not honest adverts

Unfortunately we tend to get items missing too often and while most of the time they get refunded they don’t always , they are also from brand new items not returns I can understand returns might have bits missing but brand new shouldn’t .

Some good bargains to be had. But buyer beware when purchasing returns, some are as new, some are new and some are utterly useless, with missing parts, broken and my last one I put straight in the bin, stunk of chip fat (in a paper shredder?).
Like I said, some good bargains, but understand the risk when purchasing returns.

I didn't particularly like the concept of paying the delivery even when products are missing from shipment ( that's literally ripping the customers) And also don't like putting the items for sale even though the product literally broken physically and in unusable condition and labeling item as customer returns.
