We charge £2.95 for a fully tracked, 24 hour delivery service on orders less than £30. The delivery charge is waived for orders exceeding this value. I'm sorry that you feel hard done by, however, the delivery charge is mentioned clearly on each and every product page of our website as well as the checkout page. We'd have been happy to cancel your order and issue a refund, however, you didn't once contact us prior to us dispatching your item.

“I received my goods the day after placing my order. The service was extremely good. When I telephoned the company to explain that I was unable to apply the discount code I was told that a refund would be sent to my account. This was applied the following day, again extremely good service.”
