I've looked into this further for you and it looks as though the parcel was stuck in customs. Unfortunately, this can sometimes happen with deliveries from time to time and is something that is beyond our control, as border customs officers have a duty of care to check parcels to make sure they are safe to enter the country. “Seriously impressed with the 3 Tshirts I bought from JSC!! Such high quality and attention to detail! And the fact I got them for £15 each (plus £5 off with my loyalty points) feels like such a steal.
