“I have used Juno.com for over 23 years, and I never really had any major problems, only annoyances like how they attached advertisements in every email that I sent, or that they don't upgrade their functionality. It's a very archaic service, and whenever I give someone my email address, they either don't recognize it or they realize how old I am, but I have kept the account because I have so many online accounts connected to that email address that I didn’t want to go through the hassle of changing contact information everywhere.
Last weekend, Juno suddenly would no longer allow me to log in. I proceeded through the recovery questions, and it still wouldn't allow me to log in. I have emailed them at password@support.juno.com repeatedly and have not received a single response. Their customer support number is entirely recorded prompts that end up telling you to email them for password reset. Nothing helps! I've been wasting my days changing my email contact address in my of my online accounts since I can't get any help from Juno. TERRIBLE service!”
