“J'ai trouvé le même attache tetine sur aliexpress. Même modèle, même couleur a 2euros. Certes le votre est personnalisé mais la différence de prix est exagéré, j'ai payé au total 23euros livraison inclus. Un peu décevant. Malgré ça l'écriture est belle et le service est nickel.”

Tout d'abord, merci de nous avoir donné un avis et d'avoir acheté notre produit. En tant que petite entreprise, les avis de nos clients sont extrêmement importants pour nous, afin que nous puissions nous améliorer. Oui, nous sommes conscients qu'un certain nombre de concurrents chinois et européens utilisent notre design et offrent des produits beaucoup moins chers, cependant, ce que nous avons remarqué, c'est que leurs produits ne sont pas fabriqués conformément à EN12586+A2:2011, leurs embouts sont fabriqués en silicone non certifié, ils utilisent des embouts en acier non inoxydable qui se détachent, ils utilisent des peintures non testées pour la finition du produit, il n'est pas gravé. En résumé, c'est un peu triste de n'avoir qu'un seul avis sur un produit qui est fabriqué selon les normes les plus strictes, ce qui se reflète dans le prix. Cependant, en tant qu'entreprise responsable, nous sommes heureux de vous fournir une compensation pour une inconvaincance qu'il est fait de payer un supplément pour offrir à un enfant un produit sûr et robuste. “La borraccia è molto carina, però c'è scritto che è termica e invece non lo è, non ha la dopoia camera e quindi il prezzo è eccessivo, è una semplice bottiglia in acciaio non termica che si può trovare in qualsiasi negozio alla metà del prezzo, anche meno, e gocciola anche. Un po' delusa.”

“I bought the products on 5th of July and still did not receive it. Today is 20th of July, and no information neither in track and trace since 7th of July. More than 15 days, mere than 2 weeks and still no one can inform me when receive the products for newborn and hopefully I still need them.”
