Being blissfully ignorant of the companies precarious trading situation I returned the dress on 11th May via the Hermes courier service.

Avoid this company like the plague, First and last time I use Just Last Season due to the exceptionally poor lacklustre customer service I received from Hayley and then from a Customer Service Manager called Gemma.

I emailed customer service- no answer.

Ordered 2 items. One of the items delivered was wrong - a skirt instead of trousers. No invoice in the delivery Tried innumerable times to ring but on hold for over 30 mins each time and still un answered. Contacted customer services 4 times E mail automatically acknowledged but never replied to. I'm One very unhappy customer

I was told there had been a problem with refunds but not to worry as the customer service agent could refund me immediately for 1 of the returns but she could only do 1 per customer per day and she would ring me at 9am the following morning to complete the other refund .

Having used this company for the first time, the delivery was fine on purchasing a second Item which I had to return the service was Beyond AWFUL - returning via the local Hermes parcel return the very next day : filling in online and printing the label annoying but necessary.

The FREE returns service is only via HERMES and as I don't have a printer I asked if they could send me a label as the main Jacques Vert site had done this for me.

I therefore rang customer services and asked the question if she was not able to shorten them could I return them for a full refund as I am only 3 days outside their 14 day return policy.
