Epsom branch lost my wheel nut key, compained to Area Manager Chris Peters who said he would speak to the manager.
Chris has not phoned back so I have spent all morning and £21 to find a replacement.
Will not use Just Tyres in future and suggest you look elsewhere if your looking to buy tyres or service

!! This was really interesting when I had just purchased four tyres at nearly £650 !!
So as i'm sure you can appreciate, at this point I am starting to feel rather frustrated, a} with the distinct lack of customer service and politeness and b} the appointment I had been given was actually non-existent.
