After careful consideration, our team has determined that we cannot process a return or refund for the piping kit due to the reported damage (scratches and bends) that occurred during installation. We take pride in the quality of our products, and this particular kit has been successfully used by many of our customers. We understand that your customer attempted a self-installation, which can sometimes lead to challenges. To better assess the situation, we would greatly appreciate if you could provide photographs of the installation and the piping kit. Please note that while our piping kit is designed to be compatible with the front mount intercoolers we sell, and as only a piping kit was purchased, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit with intercoolers from other manufacturers due to variations in size and design.
