“Unfortunately the item we normally buy has no stock. First time we bought stock was available, now its taking several months to be ready, and work only prepaid. When you make us wait we may expect 30% to confirm order and the remaining when ready...”

“Zach has been very responsive and a pleasure to work with, however, at no fault of his, we receive news of delays and shortages well after the order is placed. Keep Supply and Danfoss Refrigeration need to iron that out. We just had a customer cancel an order, and now they want to source everything from Europe.”
