The Jordan 4 trainers you purchased on September 1st are indeed outside our refund policy period Upon reviewing the photo you sent, it appears that the shoes have been worn. We understand that reasonable wear and tear can occur with regular use, and we cannot be responsible for such natural wear.

“Shoes were a bit of a mess, pen marks on them a lot of excess glue, which I can understand isn’t your fault but you wouldn’t be happy to receive a pair like this at the price you’re paying from the shop or online”

“Ordered on a Sunday evening and delivered Tuesday morning by 8:30am. Couldn’t fault the service.. Unfortauntely the box came slightly damaged but no fault of kershkicks. I would definitely order from the company again.”
