“The product arrived super quickly which was brilliant but unfortunately, it wasn’t the product I had ordered. Not a great fist time experience using KK. Nonetheless I contacted the team and within a day had a response back saying to send back with special delivery and the price would be refunded as well as another gesture of goodwill. The wrong item went back and within a few more days, the correct ones arrived. Super efficient, friendly and great products. I would definitely buy from you again, thanks Ben for all your help!”
