“My favorite is Chocolate with chunks inside. I'd love to try a similar vanilla with chocolate chips flavor without any mint. The texture of your ice cream is also better than others like Halo Top.”

“Great taste, ingenious shipping package- never have to worry your ice cream will arrive too soft. My only tiny, tiny frustration is that the cartons come so cold and stay that in the freezer that I have to use microwave to thaw a little- I never get it right.
Do you have any hints on how to get the right scoopable temperature when I have an ice cream craving and want to satisfy it now?”

Thanks for the kind words - we really appreciate it. Our ice cream is extra hard because of no added sugar! To get around this, our secret is to microwave our pints 15 seconds before enjoying. This helps soften them right up!

“I want to start out by saying I wish I did not have to give this a 2 star review. The product is awesome. Tastes great. Now the problem.... I paid $60 for a six pack of ice cream bars which would have been fine if it did not come with 4 bars per box!!! That is $2.50 per bar. I had previously been buying these at costco which has 12 in a box which is under $1 per bar. Very disappointed. I feel like I was misled. Guess I will go back to costco.”

We're continually working to improve our shipping logistics. As we're sure you can imagine, shipping frozen goods - especially for a smaller company without the scale of the bigger brands in our category - is difficult, both operationally and financially.
