“A landlord electrical safety certificate was required on a rental property i own before a new tenant could move in. Kyle and his team at KG Electrical carried out a complete electrical installation inspection and reported back to me punctually. It was identified that a number of items needed repairing before the electrics would be deemed acceptable for a certificate to be issued. Kyle and his team went round the property with me and explained what was needed. A competitive price was given and i gave the go ahead for the works. I gave them a set of keys for the property to allow them to visit when necessary to complete the work as i completely trusted Kyle and his team to have the keys to my property. KG Electrical were professional at all times, punctual and got the work finished in schedule. The guys cleaned up after themselves and further more repaired an external light which was faulty which was not part of the original agreement. I was very impressed with Kyle and his team - they really did a fantastic job - I would not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends & family. Thank you.”

“Another efficient and neat job; we would not go anywhere else for electrical work since KGEC is so reliable. We had a variety of small jobs, including new LED lighting - all very calmly completed by Jamie and Marvin. Kyle's company is first-rate.”

“Kyle's problem-solving abilities are very impressive. He is patient and persistent where others give up or propose a vastly more expensive solution. He did a great job, and is always on time, polite, and an excellent communicator, happy to discuss issues with you. His office manager Gabby is also wonderfully efficient and a pleasure to talk with. Altogether I couldn't be more satisfied, will be recommending KG Electrical to all my friends, and will certainly be using them again.”

“Having fitted nine halogen spotlights in our kitchen ceiling six or seven years ago, a boring part of my life was the regular ritual that happened every time one of the bulbs blew (which happened with alarming regularity). Try LED bulbs, i thought, but they needed new transformers or flashed like the kitchen was a night club. You came and took a look at the lights, explained to me in terms that i understood why they kept going wrong, and why i could never get the bulbs out easily. You proposed a solution, costed it up, and within a short period sent two of your electricians round to replace our fittings with much better,safer units including LED bulbs. Your guys came, were courteous, professional, careful not to make much mess and cleared up after themselves. The only evidence they had been was a brighter kitchen with nine working lights that didn't flash. And since you did it a couple of months ago now, i can report no more bulbs have blown in the kitchen. Problem solved. We would have no problem in recommending your services to friends and relatives in the future - Thanks for a great service.”

“Very professional. When I first made contact, I was impressed with the quick response and visit to provide a quote - which proved most competitive. On the day, the team turned up early, worked very efficiently and most competently. They were friendly too. The work is of a high standard and the team cleaned up after themselves. I will certainly use KG again.”

“KGEC carried out repairs to my garden lighting which had been installed by another contractor. Kyle helped me select alternative lighting posts and his team Andy and Connor carried out the work. They also helped diagnose and resolve the issue that was making the fusebox to trip. Very happy with the work carried out.”

“No job too small. Contacted them to replace transformer in bathroom ceiling and as it was such a small job expected the brush off, but NO they accepted arrived on time and did not charge too much. Also very pleasant people to deal with. Recommended.”

“KGEC was recommended to me by a friend. So glad she gave me their name and website details. A local firm who have been friendly, helpful and very professional. Nice process of arranging a time for the company to come and visit to see what is required, followed by a very clear quote. Then a date and time is agreed to do the work and they came when they said they would. The two electricians who came were very friendly and courteous. Also, on one of the lights being fitted I needed advice re positioning it and they were very helpful. All in all a happy customer. Will happily have them back again for any other electrical jobs and very happy to recommend them.”

“A 5-bedroom house was re-wired to agreed budget and schedule. Steve M the electrician was professional, experienced, punctual, tidy and pleasant to work with and a good team support. Kyle was up-to-date re electrical requirements and made helpful suggestions during the project. Gabby (office support) always pleasant and prompt. We are happy to recommend KG Electrical.”

“Insisted til 8.00pm that I wait to see what in the dark was required................on Tuesday..............then turned up Friday at 12.00 to carry out the work, finished at 4.00 pm.... delighted.”

“I was incredibly impressed with Steve (in charge) and Marvin (Steve's right hand man). They carried out the work efficiently and Steve was able to make suggestions that prevented unnecessary work. Steve was also able to make sense of my request of sockets in the dining room floor and, as a lovely touch, used a redundant piece of the carpet to decorate the socket cover. I was also impressed how well Steve and Marvin worked with the plumber, who installed our new shower. They actually left my hose cleaner than when they started. I will certainly ask this company back when I need further electrical work.”
