I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing from Kiddies Kingdom. I made one purchase and needed to return it, to cut the story short Kiddies Kingdom wanted £25 to return. I have never heard anything like that, astounded. Their returns policy does not state that you must pay courier charges of that amount, had it then I would never have purchased from them and won't again.

This may be their policy and was our fault but I'd rather use another retailer that has a free returns service as I think this policy is pretty poor in this day and age when looking at other options such as Amazon or John Lewis etc.
