“Communication with Cristina was always prompt and everything went smoothly. It was no hassle when we changed our times and added people to the return trip. The driver was professional and stopped at clean rest stops. Highly recommend this service!”

“Der Taxi-Shuttleservice hat bestens geklappt. Der Fahrer hat sich pünktlich bei der Lobby unseres Hotels gemeldet, so dass wir zeitig losfahren konnten. Das Fahrzeug (Minibus) war sehr angenehm und der Fahrer freundlich und zuverlässig. So konnten wir nach ca. vier Stunden Fahrt (inkl. einer kurzen Pause an einer Raststätte) unser Ferienresort in Mui Ne gemütlich und problemlos erreichen. Auch die Rückreise rund zehn Tage später (von Mui Ne nach Airport Ho Chi Minh City) hat ebenso gut geklappt.”

“I emailed Kitesurf Nam and communicated with Christina who was really helpful. I booked a van from HCMC airport to Mui Ne. Unfortunately our flight from the UK was late and so we missed our connection onto HCMC. I emailed Christina and told her about our problem. She was fantastic and said it would be no problem to reschedule our collection the next night (no charges were incurred!). On arrival to HCMC the driver was there with a sign waiting for us. He collected our bags and off we went. We stopped half way for a refreshment break which was most welcome. The driver did not speak English but to be honest that made no difference to us, we were so tired. There were tolls to pay but the driver sorted this out, we did not part with any additional money. The trip down was about 4:30hrs. We were collected from our hotel resort and driven back to HCMC with no problems, the driver spoke a little English, but again we were not concerned as we had each other to talk to. We stopped at services for a break, again this was welcomed. We arrived in plenty of time at HCMC for our flight home. The driver helped us with our baggage and saw us inside the terminal. I CAN HONESTLY SAY I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. Christina always seemed to be at the end of an email, the drivers were on time, the vans were modern with good comfy seats, the aircon was fully working and the price for a return trip was excellent for a family of 4 plus loads of bags/suitcases. I wish Christina and her team the best in their business endeavours!”

“Wir würden den Transfer über Kitesurf Nam immer wieder buchen. Die Fahrer sind super freundlich und super pünktlich . Wenn man fragen hat oder sonst irgendwelche Hilfe braucht ist das Team besonders Christina für dich da. Gerne buchen wir das nächste mal wieder bei euch. “Very professional service and quick confirmation (payment made online). Booked a 7-seater, which was "upgraded" to a 12-seater, probably because our booking was made within 24 hours and it was more efficient for the company to use this vehicle as it may have been in the vicinity of our pickup location. Travel time from HCMC to MuiNe took 3.45hrs. Driver was nice and generally safe. Some overtaking was a bit "interesting" but that is probably normal in Vietnam. Will use this company again.”

“Driver arrived at my hotel early, at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Taxi was a new vehicle and clean and tidy throughout. Driver was extremely safe and competent and kept to the speed limits for the duration of the trip. A very relaxed and comfortable journey, arriving in Saigon in a little over 4 hours. Highly recommended, I will be using this service again in the future.”
