“I used Koinly and unfortunately the import to Turbo Tax feature did not work. The .csv file was not formatted correctly and it would not import no matter what I tried. They provided a generic link on how to import the file, but did not address my problems specifically. I asked for a refund on several occasions, however was denied being that I downloaded the file. My interactions were all very counterproductive and in the end I did not receive a refund from this company. I would not recommend doing business with this company.”

“Terrible assistance and guidance from Ander in support, VEN balances were showing up when there was none, balances of coins I sold of long time ago kept showing up, tried support and documentation was very useless short answers just saying go anywhere is an issue of the exchanges, I actually tried CoinTracker.io and Accointing and they were better solutions that did better and did not have any of these issues they assured me was in the exchanges. Avoid this scam.”
