“We ask you to review the prices, special for two people, 40 pounds, no meat, 6 pieces of wings, three pieces of small chicken, and one shish kebab. It was my favorite restaurant, but unfortunately I was very shocked.”
“Really disappointed,had visitors from out of town,had made a booking for 4:30pm for 12 people,birthday meal together with the family.
Got there at 4:20pm only to be told table has been given away, told that booking was made for 4pm.
Tried to explain that we had called back when made the booking and they agreed to 4:30,the gentleman at the front desk was having none of it and was not helpful or showed no empathy whatsoever.
Absolutely disgusted with customer service, at least had an effort been made to accommodate the situation,that would have been a welcome gesture.
Obviously too many customers to care.
Thank you for ruining otherwise what would have been a perfect birthday get together.
As for the gentleman at the front desk,customer service is all about understanding your customers.”
