“They are frauds. They will demonstrate how simple it is to deposit and withdraw money in lesser amounts. They refuse to let me withdraw more money when I urge them to and keep making excuses. They sweet talk you into putting much money in and ask questions such as how much is in your savings and say things like take them out as they are better of 'with us' they deliberately put your account into debt as they have total remote control of your account. I asked to stop and kindly have my deposit back. They closed my account without any notice and took my deposit of £7000. I wont see this again. After scrolling YouTube in mid December 2022. I came up across an ad on youtube before the video began. It was about trading and how you can invest your money to make more returns. I clicked on the link from the ad which was https://profitsxstrategys com and joined. After that I recieved a call from Adriana Johnson from trading-academy dot io advising me to sign up. Once signed up an account manager will be giving me a call within the next 10 minutes. Jay Cohen from KonohaFX then called up on 1/412/22 welcoming me into the world of trading. He said before we can get started I needed to deposit $250USD via crpto so we can get started. He made me download a trading platform which belong to Konoha. It was the MT5. He showed me how quickly withdrawals could be done by putting 50 bucks back into my account along with 800USD as a christmas gift on the 19th of December (how very nice of him). We started trading on Bitcoin where he would do a buy and sell at the same time as it was a crypto robot which we would leave. I was advise the bitcoin trades were to remain open all times and not to close them. After we did trades on the Nasdaq 100 along with currencies and Crude oil (WITI) Communication over whatsapp was very quick and the phone calls came in on time every single day. He advised me to deposit 15,000 usd so we can really build the equity of the account. Once I did this he gave me a credit on the account of 13,000 and made me sign a bonus agreement. This of course built up the equity to do more trades. Trades were going well and found myself at profit of 73,000USD when I went to sleep at around 11pm on 12/1/23 I woke up this morning 8:45am on 13/1/23 with my account -12,000 in profit. Some trades can make you go into the minus but to get yourself out of the minus you need to do more trades to counteract the minus. I woke up and the broker had closed all trades without telling me, He didn't even discuss a plan before he did this. I did not give the broker permission to close all these trades. I think they put me into the minus for a reason because a few days ago I advised Jays manager Michael that I want to get out of trading as I didnt like what it was doing to me as a person as I feared this would take over my whole life. I advised I would like to just take out my initial deposit of 15,000. Jay my account manager advised I was not able to take out 15,000 as the account volume was so low. He said withdrawals cant be done with a low volume account but he will help me by getting the account up so I could do this. He told me to put multiple buy/sells on currency's at a volume of 40 each to build up the volume. He said lets sit on this and review this when we have our next meeting schedualed 13/1/2023 @ 5pm Melbourne time. I woke up to find all these trades closed with my profit now sitting at -14.000 down from a profit of 70000 around there. I think he did this on purpose so I will not get any profit yet alone any deposit. I think that they ran off with my initial deposit.. I cant make anything back because I dont have margin to trade anymore until I deposit more money.
On Friday evening I found that new trades were placed on currencies despite me telling the manager I wanted to close the account as I was in a minus balance and have no more money to trade, the Bitcoin robot trades were back up along with US100. I did not give them permission to do this. I also found they added 2000 worth of credit into the account. Where did this free money come from if they spunked all of mine?
I sent Jay an email asking him to answer some questions such as, how much profit do I need to make before I can get my deposit? I also asked Jay and the manager of Konoha FX the credentials. I got no reply and they just cancelled my withdrawal request.
KonohaFX if you're reading this, all this could of been resolved if you paid me back my deposit of 15,000usd and closed my account as I asked multiple times as I was feeling uncomfortable. Pay me and multiple people you have scammed.”
“This firm is a scam, there is no 'profit' the only money they make is your deposit and you will never see that again. I am at 75,000USD in balance yet I am told I can not withdraw until the account is 'up' what does that even mean. I can't even get my deposit back either. I also made a report to Binance and they advised me that their wallet address doesn't belong to a particular person/account. Binance told me to stay away.”
