“Shipping was super quick to Canada and it was a nice surprise that there were no extra duties once it arrived. Normally when I order overseas I pay an arm and a leg for duties/taxes, but with Kotomi there were none. 10/10”

“Had the best costumer experience ever! As soon as I purchased my bikini they emailed me about a color discrepancy and offered me various options of what I could do. I had questions about the sizing and although I already made the purchase they helped me anyways to find the perfect fit for me because they still hadn't sent the bikini. They were very nice and attentive. My bikini came in a week, and in the package I found a Tim Tam, such a nice gesture! Regarding the pieces, the fabric is very soft and they are super flattering! I love them! I am size 32DD and size 6 in bottoms, I ordered size L for both and they fit me perfectly. Honestly,I will be buying from now on only form Kotomi, their swimwear is so worth it! I am in love with the brand.”

“I am SO impressed with Kotomi’s customer service! My package never arrived and I contacted them and they sent me a second order! They were super sweet and understanding and I will definitely be ordering from them again. The bathing suits are also so cute and such good quality. Highly recommend”

“This bathing suit is amazing definitely my favourite bathing suit. It’s really hard for me to find a good bathing suit that fits me well but this brand is definitely the only brand I will order from for bathing suits from now on. The service was also amazing, living in Canada every time I order something it takes many weeks but my bathing suit came into a week. Wow.”

“i’m obsessed with my new bikini! it’s such a pretty blue color. i ordered a size medium top and small bottoms. the bottoms fit perfect but the top is a tiny bit small, still looks cute tho! i went ahead and ordered a large, just to see if it looks even better. shipping was super fast! will be shopping here more :)”
