“I’m honestly beyond happy with my order from Kotomi! The fit is absolutely perfect and it shapes the body so beautifully while still feeling really comfortable to wear. You can really tell that a lot of attention was put into the design and quality. What impressed me even more was the customer service — they replied super quickly, were incredibly friendly, and made the whole experience feel very personal and professional. It’s rare to find a brand that delivers both amazing products and such great support. I'm from Germany, and the shipping was actually incredibly fast for that distance! “The swimsuit itself was super cute and felt high quality. The first top I ordered snapped while I was trying it on, so I sent an email letting the team know and they express shipped a new (not defective) piece very quickly. They said that the top breaking had not happened before, so hopefully just a one off thing.”
