I have encountered severe issues with this platform, which I now believe to be a complete scam. Every time I attempt to withdraw my funds, I'm told there’s an issue or that I’m in a “cooling-off period,” forcing me to wait. However, after waiting, I continue to receive notifications stating I can’t access my money. When I reach out to their customer service for assistance, the response is not helpful at all. Instead of resolving my issue, they simply close the support ticket without any explanation. They are quick to take your money, but when it comes to withdrawals, they consistently block access to your funds. I strongly advise against using this platform, and I will be reporting them across multiple channels, as well as informing my 100k followers. You have been warned.
