“My husband and I decided to purchase a caravan after having owned a motorhome for several years. We found one at Lady Bailey Caravans that met our criteria and budget. When we arrived Jasper was very attentive and showed us the vans we wanted to view. He explained the extras on each van and provided advice on what van would best meet our needs. At no time did we feel pressured into buying and in fact was informed if we changed our mind that we could just call and change to a different van. When we collected our new van Jasper was there to complete the transaction and Dave gave us a very in-depth tour of the van and how everything work. He was amazing and very patient, answering all our questions. We would highly recommend Lady Bailey Caravans, not just because of the excellent condition of the used vans, but the helpful and friendly staff.”

“Fantastic customer service from Simon and Dawn. Chris gave me a very fair price for p/e Dave was very thorough explaining everything on new wan. Few small issues on arrival at site and all sorted with phone call and engineer visit nxt day. Absolutely over the moon with my new van and can't reccomend lady Bailey enough !”

“The Team have been brilliant, even when we changed our collection day it was no problem. On the day, we felt valued and all went smoothly, with no fuss, paperwork done and a comprehensive handover. “We are very pleased with our purchase from Lady Bailey Caravans. We found that the staff were extremely helpful at all times. We did have a few issues with our second hand Bailey Pursuit to rectify but we have to say we were impressed by the kind and helpful attention we received to reach a successful conclusion. A special mention for Dawn who looked after us in a very professional and efficient manner through the process. She is a real diamond.”

“We have had such good service from Lady Bailey over the past year with our first Caravan. That it was a no brainer to return to purchase our second one. All the staff are great and nothing is too much trouble. Brilliant hand over, very informative. All the staff are great and friendly, nothing is to much trouble.
